We're on a mission to make every business's reputation unstoppable
ReviewOrigin was founded in 2024 by a team of AI researchers and growth practitioners who saw businesses leave millions in revenue on the table because of poor reputation management. We built the solution we wished existed.
Our story
In 2023, our co-founders Alex and Maria were running growth experiments at a major tech company and noticed a pattern: businesses with 4.5+ star ratings converted 28% better than those with 3.8 stars — but the only difference was reputation management sophistication, not actual service quality.
Businesses doing it right were manually collecting reviews, crafting individual responses, and checking 10 different platforms. It was unsustainable. Businesses doing it wrong were losing customers every day to better-rated competitors.
ReviewOrigin was born to fix this. We built the AI layer that makes world-class reputation management accessible to every business, not just those with dedicated teams and big budgets.
Today we're backed by leading investors and trusted by 12,000+ businesses across 50 countries. We're just getting started.
